Naturee’s Bru Instant Coffee Granules are created through a sophisticated process that starts with selecting premium coffee beans—typically a blend of Arabica for smoothness and Robusta for body and intensity .
The highest-quality instant coffee uses freeze-drying technology . Liquid coffee concentrate is frozen at extremely low temperatures (-40°C to -50°C) then placed in a vacuum chamber where the ice turns directly into vapor (sublimation), leaving behind large, irregular granules that preserve the coffee’s natural oils, aromatic compounds and complex flavor profile . This gentle, waterless process results in a cup that tastes remarkably close to freshly brewed coffee.
